Out of State Recruits
We are a paramedic Ambulance Service in a rural/semi-rural Indian Community just south of the Phoenix Metropolitan Area. We are a subsidiary of the Gila River Healthcare Corporation, which is a tribally owned 501C 3 Non-profit Corporation. We utilize cost recovery much like a private company, but our mission is guided by service to the community. Under our current hiring process, we would not be able to interview you for a full-time position until you are certified in the state of Arizona. AZDHS recognizes NREMT and grants reciprocity. A temporary certification (6months) can be obtained and a state recertification class must be completed within that time period. If you are in immediate need of employment, our process may not be fast enough for your needs, which is why I have attached information for the local private companies.
